“Although the service provider identified was the cheapest, their service was poor and it cost me £40 to cancel the contract. I then went elsewhere, not using MCN compare.”

“Had insurance with Post Office for 2015-2016 @ £98/annum. They quoted renewal for 2016-2017 as £120+. Checked online MCN compare, price was £98 still for new year, no changes to details! called Post Offic, told them I was happy at online quote price, so could we do on phone and they said NOT ALLOWED NOW! So booked online, got discount as new customer!!!! And then called, asked if they could use license details from previous year to save me going online to DVLC etc and they said yes, didn't need to send anything. This was also confirmed by email. Seems all of this could have been done much simpler and faster.”

“It is reassuring to find an Insurance Provider with such a 'name' . I was even more pleased to find that the scheme was being administered by Devitt , an insurance broker I have used many times over my biking years. Pleased to see two names I have come to trust involved in the cover. Let's just hope I don't have to test the claims department of either name over the remainder of the policy period.”

“This was a straight forward procedure .I needed to ride additional bikes and the price for fully comprehensive and third party cover for friends bike rides was good.. Much better than some other big name companies.”
