“The price I was given was fantastic! Unfortunately after having the policy for under two months I sold my bike. The delivery of my new bike was over a month away, so I had know choice but to cancel the policy. They charged me an administration fee of £85.00!!! and none of the extras were refundable..... I was refunded £9.00 from £200.00 plus!!!”

“All very good apart from when you have to send your proof of NCB, Too many departments and if you don`t get the correct one, even though you sent it to the address given, could result in getting frustrating final demand letters. Eventually solved by phone calls to their customer services dept.”
