“After unboxing the product and trying to use the robot the noise that came from it was horrendous when the arm/waist movements were operated but they didn’t work. I charged the item thinking poor battery may be the issue and still the same. After sending a video to customer services I’ve had to send the product back for them to investigate? Had to pay postage myself and they said it could take 14 days for it to be looked at! Meanwhile i’m out of pocket for a product that won’t function and I can’t use. Poor customer service as uncontactable via phone so everything over email. Just want a working product!”
