The battery blew up whilst charging. I don’t know why. I’m waiting to hear back from RC Geeks. Either the battery or my charger was faulty. All I know is it was my sons birthday gift, and now we’re worried it’s not safe to use.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues like this with your battery, I certainly wouldn't have expected this to happen and I would absolutely advise against using it going forwards.
Could I please ask you to reply to this email with some additional pictures of the battery as well as confirm which charger and charge settings you were using at the time? I will look into this for you to see how we can best resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
