“In these trying times (Covid 19 era), I was looking to buy an oximeter to keep an eye on blood oxygen levels and there appeared to be dozens available though Amazon, ebay etc. Many of these looked suspicious and having read reviews, I realised there were many non certified models being sold.
During my search, I came across one trough R C Geeks and at first was very sceptical of a company dealing with hobby products selling a medical grade instrument. I read through reviews and they seemed to read ok so I ordered one.
When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I compared the pulse reading against a couple of other devices as well as against a manual check and it was spot on every time.
Although I have no way of corroborating the oxygen level readings, I have no qualms with the results being shown.
This is a nice addition to my first aid kit and will serve us well. I am happy to recommend the product.”
