Bought this for my son's 9th birthday. He has been after an upgrade for awhile and this is perfect. Really nippy on tarmac but not yet tested on grass. Battery lasts about 15 mins so spare battery was a good purchase. Steering easy to get used to and very responsive. Feels sturdy and appreciate that you can purchase spares - a bit of an investment but think this will survive most things a 9 year old can put it through. Also looks pretty cool. Delivery was speedy. No complaints here. Thanks!

“Asked us to send the faulty product we received back to them, after we sent them a video of it not working. Once received they advised there was nothing wrong with it and they wouldn’t refund the postage. We advised we didn’t wish to receive the faulty item back as it definitely wasn’t working and requested a refund, they have not responded to us since this over a week and a half ago. We have received no refund. My poor son is left with nothing and his money stolen by this awful company.”
