“Very fast buggy running a brushless motor and 2s batteries. Pretty robust considering what’s been thrown at it so far. Certainly ready to run right out the box. Spares are easily found online.”
“Fantastic rc car! Really well made and super fast! My son loves it! One small issue is that you have to keep taking the cover off the car to turn it on and off which is a bit fiddly. Would be better if it had a waterproof button on the outside otherwise it’s brilliant!”
“Bought for my son's birthday, he was super excited to have his 1st proper RC buggy, outside we went pulled the trigger and off it shot, he then released the trigger the buggy kept going and clipped a tree on the front wheel, resulting in the front swing arm snapping and the whole front chassis snapping in half and a very upset young lad.
I contacted rcgeeks regarding the issue, they responded quickly saying they do not cover for accidental damage, ok I get they don't replace broken cars through user damage, but to break to that extent after one incident must be a design failure in the product and I should have been offered a replacement or money back.
In summary a 10 second car for £200 don't bother, too fragile or just a design flaw?”
“Really easy and quick to get up and running. Speedy little thing. I did break a driveshaft on my first outing but that was down to the media I was using it on. Good fun for the money!”
