Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. It appears that the manufacturer has changed the battery connectors from deans to IC3 without letting us know so thank you very much for this and I am so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We will amend the website accordingly.

I completely understand the disappointment and frustration this has caused and I will arrange for one of these to be sent out to you at no extra charge.
