“I had bought a few years ago several chargers and they found out on YouTube that they were fakes. I had nothing but trouble with them. I gave all my cars to my Grandson and dug out the chargers and was still getting error messages. I bought the HPI Reactor and it worked perfectly out of the box. With its power connector (many don’t have them in the box)

“Great charger. RC car came wit USB charger oututting measily 500mAh. This one is great, especially for the 5000mAh one.
It's already been mentioned that the charger does not save the battery type which needs to be set before every use.
Also, the supplied two-prong mains cable had a 3A fuse fitted which will need to be changed if the full 6A current is required.
Charge voltage on my 7.2V packs is around 8.5V to 9.5V which seems a bit much but it cannot be changed.”
“Brought to charge some deans connector lipos, which is the default connector for the charger. Also comes with variety of adapters, so have also been able to charge NiMh batteries with Tamiya connectors. Charges faster than charger that came with batteries originally!”

“Lost one star because it does not remember the last battery type setting e.g. NiMH. It does remember the charge current setting. A better and faster charger than the one included with the rc truck.”
