“Best added to morning coffee - even the unflavoured version works well as a coffee creamer. Adjust the dose size to suit yourself with a bit of experimentation. Also think about whether to use continuously or only during periods of extra demand on your body and mind. We are trying both!”

“I've tried Qitone in matcha and iced lemon water. I don't notice any taste. It makes the liquid milky and doesn't dissolve well in the cold water. I use 1/2 a scoop in each to make a full scoop each day. I drink the matcha in the morning and the lemon water at lunchtime. The powder is very expensive ($100/month including shipping to Hawaii) so I'm weighing if it's worth the cost to reduce my blood glucose compared to alternatives such as berberine supplementation.”
