As prosate pain can radiate, I felt the hole could be improved if was slightly longer but that may come down to the individual. “Really uncomfortable, I have stage 4 prostate cancer and at the moment I am also suffering from severe prostatitis. I bought the deluxe armchair cushion as I had read the reveiws and thought it looked OK, when it arrived I tried it straight away and it is uncomfortable no matter which way you use the cushion, I have had to make the centre hole larger because it's too small to actually get prostate comfort, the back of the thighs tend to ache after a while as the cushion from the centre hole to the front edge is too long so I have also had to trim that aswell. All in all a complete waste of money.”
