“I’ve had neck issues now for a few years but particularly the last 10 months after a diagnosis of C spine stenosis. This pillow has made bedtime something I finally look forward too. The pillow is very firm and I did have to remove a few husks to get it to the right height for me but it just moulds to my head and supports my neck perfectly and has made a huge difference to the quality of my sleep. I can sleep on both my back and my side now. It takes a few nights to get used to it but to be honest it was comfy from the very first and just gets better. I highly recommend it and I won’t be going back to an ordinary pillow again.”
