“This wedge is a great help in putting your head high and countering acid reflux.
And it is a great advantage that you can take it with you if you go away.
However, it is too short for longterm use. Your hips come at the bottom end of the wedge, so that you have to bend at the hip. This puts a strain on your hip if you lie on your side.
A full length wedge would be better.”
