“The product does reduce snoring but not totally. I use in along with the contour pillow. It stays in place and is confortable. I used it to reduce snoring not acid relux so I can't comment on if its reduces that or not but the snoring is reduced inconjuction with other anti-snoring methods, i.e pillow and t-shirt with back piece to try and make you sleep on your side. I would give this a try if you suffer from either loud snoring or acid relux.”
