I have previously had cheaper wedge pillows( 4 to be precise), they have all been different sizes, widths and quality and all have either been too uncomfortable to not lasted very long. I have DDD and degenerative spine disease. I can never get comfortable at night. I brought this for after pelvic surgery but it has made a huge difference to my spine comfort
