“I am so happy to recommend my Putnams wedge pillow. I can sleep comfortably in my side and it has completely relieved my night time reflux. The pillow is so easy to sleep on even after a couple of weeks it feels completely natural. Because of the wool it never feels hot against my back. It is worth every penny and I'm just so glad that I finally found the solution to my poor sleep. “Gradually getting used to sleeping in this more elevated position. Symptoms of reflux are much improved. I’m off my medication at last. The pillow is as good and comfortable as it can be. There is a slight ridge initially but this is less pronounced and more comfortable as the wool settles to my shape. I’m pleased I finally made this purchase.”

Silent reflux
“Bought to help alleviate silent reflux for which ‘raising the head of the bed’ was recommended by the medical team. The reviews were good and I prefer a natural product so chose the wool option. It takes some getting used to and being tall (5’8”) it would be even better a few inches longer so I could wedge under my hips. There is a tendency to slide down in the night, but this is due to gravity. I’ve not been comfortable sleeping on my side for over 20 years, but strangely I can on this without any (shoulder) discomfort. I won’t know if the reflux is alleviated for many months as it is a ‘silent’ type, but I certainly find it a comfortable sleeping position.”
“Bought it for use after surgery, to help me sleep higher up.. Found it extremely cumbersome and uncomfortable.. However making good use of it now by giving it to hubby who has acid reflux regularly and debilitating. So far three nights have passed without an attack so keeping fingers xd it will be his life saver. If it works then it would be worth every penny.”
