“Well, it works! I bought the wool version as I knew anything too firm would be unsuitable. Unlike the foam version, the wool one can be zipped open. I removed a small handful of wool all along the roll to make is softer and more comfortable. Also I did not insert it in my pillow case but placed it just below my low profile feather pillow. It’s made all the difference. Very, very pleased.”
