What did this product help heal or comfort? Sciatic Pain

“Since using this mattress topper I have had no more sciatic pain. Recently, I spent a few days in hospital and the pain returned sleeping on the hospital bed. As I soon as I returned home to my own bed the pain disappeared again.”
