“I had both back and neck ache and something pain on my lower back side of my head on the same spot. I thought it was probably due to my sleeping pattern, then I looked for good pillow and I found Japanese pillow which I never heard of. I wasn't sure of buying it because it looked too small.
However, I bought it and even surprised how small it was when I got it. I kept my head on it and slept. It really felt so good, so comfortable and the pain went away like I am still flabbergasted. I was very very surprised of this. Since then I have been using it and not needed for standard pillow. I didn't notice of the sound as well. Delivery/Packaging both were good. “This is my second butterfly pilow from Putnams, my first one is from 4 years ago. I used to suffer from a lot of neck pain due to an old injury but this pillow is the best thing I have used to support my neck whilst I sleep and stops it getting stiff and being painful. Its small enough to travel with when we go away and counteracts any poor quality pillows. The covers are washable and you can get extra ones too.
