“I had both back and neck ache and something pain on my lower back side of my head on the same spot. I thought it was probably due to my sleeping pattern, then I looked for good pillow and I found Japanese pillow which I never heard of. I wasn't sure of buying it because it looked too small.
However, I bought it and even surprised how small it was when I got it. I kept my head on it and slept. It really felt so good, so comfortable and the pain went away like I am still flabbergasted. I was very very surprised of this. Since then I have been using it and not needed for standard pillow. I didn't notice of the sound as well. Delivery/Packaging both were good.
