“using to provide support to v pillow. so u shape on outside and v inside. overall working better and needs less repostitiong during the day but same comment as above that there needs to be some antislip material on the back of the pillow cover or one surface to be used as back to keep the pillows in even better position and support for thin kyphotic back.”
