What did this product help heal or comfort?
Nothing
“Whilst the pillow is well made, it is also very big. Two main problems - somewhere to store it when not in use and my arm went dead as it was too high. Difficult to get my knee on top of it properly too and it took up a lot of the bed. Did not help with my ischial bursitis so went back to the “between the knees alignment pillow”.”

What did this product help heal or comfort?
Fibromyalgia, hip pain and insomnia
“I bought my sports recovery pillow to aid both my sore hips and my fibromyalgia. The first night I thought it would feel so strange it would stop me sleeping, but I had the best night sleep in a long time. It retained my body heat that was an added bonus.
Delivered smelling of fresh air, so it didn’t need airing before use.”

Leg placement for lower back nerve type pain and relaxing hands / arms for sleeping
“Lower back issues and forever sleeping in my hands so intermittent waking with numb from forearm down. Not good for finger joints. Trying this pillow to help both problems and so far success. I am sleeping much better with this cuddled bedfellow. Quality of workmanship, delivery and general customer experience also top drawer. Thanks Putnams.”
What did this product help heal or comfort?
Hip replacement
“I purchased the pillow having had a hip replacement eight weeks ago. The intention was to put it between my legs to support my operated leg whilst side lying on my non operated leg to stop it crossing the midline. I haven’t plucked up the courage yet until I have the all clear at my post op appointment which is running late. I have, however utilised it for my exercises : eg; side clam shell and leg raise. The pillow is softer in the middle to allow it to be bent into a V shape which is where I need most support for my leg but I overcame this by simply pushing a small hand towel under the cover to pad out this area.”
