“I did note from other reviews that others had found this topper to be very firm. I ended up putting a memory foam topper on top of it. That solved the issue. The upper topper doesn't sag because it is supported. We really need new mattresses but there's a 10 week wait so at least harmony is restored. No complaints otherwise. Good service from Putnams.”
