“Most wedges only elevate the upper half of your body. This is fine if you sleep on your back, but can give you lower back discomfort if you sleep on your side. The full mattress bed wedge was perfect for several reasons: I can lay on my side comfortably, I can lay directly on my own mattress (because the wedge goes underneath your mattress), and the elevation is gradual. Definitely recommend this.”

“I wish we'd bought this for our daughter years ago! She has suffered from GERD most of her early and teenage life and we have spent countless pounds on various wedges and pillows to try and help her reflux overnight. Unfortunately nothing has worked particularly well and she has always ended up slipping down them or found them uncomfortable. We came across this full mattress wedge by chance and we're so glad we did! “I cannot praise the Acid Reflux Full Mattress Bed Wedge Tilter highly enough.
I was diagnosed with a Hiatus Hernia six years ago and I have managed the resulting reflux symptoms since then by modifying my diet and taking a low dosage of PPIs. However, during the last couple of months I have been experiencing reflux breakthrough symptoms and it has been particularly uncomfortable at night. I discovered the Putnams mattress tilter after an internet search and having read all the reviews I decided to give it a try and what a good decision that was.
The mattress tilter made an immediate difference the first time that I used it and now I would not be without it. Gone are the three pillows and bricks supporting one end of the bed, which does neither the base of the bed nor the mattress any good at all. The tilter may seem expensive, but it is worth every penny for a comfortable nights sleep.
I have a divan bed without a headboard or footboard and I purchased a non-slip mattress gripper pad, which is in fact a non slip sheet, from a well known on-line retailer for less than £25, which I have placed between the mattress and the tilter foam and the mattress stays in place perfectly.
The foam is surprisingly easy to install in the cover provided, if you follow the simple instructions that come with it. The ordering process was simple and delivery was fast and efficient.
