Acid reflux.

Since he has started using this product he no longer wakes up in the night or morning with acid reflux. He is able to sleep through the night and feels more refreshed in the morning. “Putnams produce high quality products. However, this particular item caused extreme pain in my hips, knees and ankles. I assume it's because more weight is being pushed downwards into these joints. When I rang Putnams to organise a return I meant with an officious response. Yes, they want to charge a great deal for the return which I would have accepted, but the woman was so unpleasant to speak to I decided to sell it as second hand, used for just one night! Putnams need to take a serious look at the attitude of the after sales care staff.”

“I have to admit, since I got the wedge support, I feel much better on waking up. I have no more twinges in my back and feel a lot looser. The only snag is that I do tend to slide a bit during the night and getting into bed, as an elderly person, can be quite challenging. The wedge seems to be good quality and the cover is brilliant - plenty of overlap to tuck under. I do still get a bit of reflux, but that can't be helped on some occasions. Certainly, a worthwhile purchase.”
