“I feel that the product has been wrongly named which resulted in my expectations not being met: it does not massage, it simply vibrates. The vibration is, in my opinion, an unpleasant sensation. The "massage" back support simply helps with maintaining a correct sitting posture - which most standard lumbar cushions will do. Within a week, one of the straps came away from the cushion meaning that it can't now be secured to the car seat. Returning the item would be at my cost - the only reason I have decided to keep it. In short, disappointing.”
