“I have given 3* as the product has really helped my IBS symptoms. The incline helps with digestion and prevents the usual pain I wake with. However, the foam used for this product is very cheap and rips off in your hands as you try to move it. The cover provided didnt fit so had to use an old bed sheet. For the price this product should be much better quality which is the reason for 3*”
Hi Elliott, thank you for the review. You must be careful moving foam, it can tear if pinched but should not if move with care. We could not see any emails from you regarding the cover. “It was a bit difficult to get both sides of tilter into cover, really needs 2 people, but once in it was fine. However, I am very disappointed in item itself, thought it would take away the need for pillow wedge but this is not the case and I have to continue to use pillow wedge on top of mattress, which defeats the purpose of tilter. Disapointed and definitely not good for me, waste of money. Have given 5 stars for service, but can only give 2 stars for tilter.”
Hello Catherine, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do advise in the product description that it may take two individuals to assemble the product and this is sometimes the case. Regarding the product working if the angle of a bed wedge pillow helps; the angle of the tilter should also help.
