“Pillow did not arrive on time. Be wary of the 12pm cut off for next day delivery. I was not aware and therefore received it a day after I thought I would. - To be fair Putnams were very good about it and refunded the next day delivery charge and apologised that I hadn't seen this when checking out. Happy with pillow and customer service.”
