“I’ve tried so many different pillows over the years after having ACDF surgery, so far none have done anything, there’s a pile of them at the bottom of my bed!
I also love that you can purchase extra pillowcase.
I decided to give Putnams a try and I’m so glad I did.
This pillow is so simple but it has helped me get a little more than my usual 2-3 hours sleep a night, which for me is fantastic.
