“Not comfortable at all, very firm and too high. I woke up with neck pain. Got a pretty bad day the next day due to lack of sleep. You have to try it before deciding to return, but stated if you take it out of packaging, you can't return it. Are you supposed to sleep with the plastic on??? Doesn't make any sense. And suppose to pay for return as well Will never use this company again and I don't recommend.”

“Very firm to begin with, almost difficult to get used to but once I got used to it, sleeping on my back has become a new favourite position! I also like to sleep on my sides and this pillow supports that, I can rest head whilst my actual eye area and other side areas which are prone to getting squashes are not getting squashed. I don't have any fine lines or wrinkles but I like to use this as a prevention. So far I'm loving this pillow. Putmans should definitely create a silk pillowcase to compliment this pillow, I definitely would have purchased spares but I'm not too keen on the fabric of the pillowcase itself. I have been using my own DIY silk pillowcase for this pillow and it feels soft and luxurious. Love it.”
