“I love this ‘zig zag’ support pillow. I find it very comfortable, it’s helped my breathing and snoring ( which is what I bought it for ) . I also find I can sleep on my side with my legs bent , sort of curled up . I did find after trial and error with various pillows to use with it ( for head / neck support ) , I settled with the Putnam Pillow, Royal , - it means the back of my head can settle in the recess but I’ve still got support for when my head leans / turns to the side on the raised bits .”
