What did this product help heal or comfort? I have been having considerable pain in my buttocks and back of thighs which did not respond to exercises. I thought it might be due to lack of support in the armchair I use at home, so decided to try one of these lumbar rolls. So glad I did, there has

“Just ordered additional lumbar supports. Good quality roll, but strap clips continually fall out of the sides and am having difficulty keeping it attached to the back of chairs”

Hi M, try flipping the strap the other way around and having the strap adjusted as tight as possible. This should stop it falling out. - Putnam Team

“I went with the 5" lumbar roll from Putnams (as recommended by my Chiropractor) I also rang to ask which one would be recommended for me (as i had forgotten which one my Chiro recommended) after talking to a very helpful girl over the phone (it was the one she used on her office chair at Putnams HQ) I decided on the 5". I had back pain from using my computer all day and slouching. I have been using it for a few days now and can already notice a difference in my posture and a reduction in back pain (I had shooting pains across the top of my back). I can 100% recommend this cushion. It is very good quality and I love the sewn in "Made in the UK" flag. Nice to support a British manufacturer.
