“Really disappointing product which did not relieve pressure and was very thin, poor quality. Unfortunately, the product came vacuum packed and wrapped up so you can’t see or feel the product unless you open it. Once open you then can no longer return it. Had I have been able to return it at this point I would have because I could instantly tell it wasn’t for me. So, I am now stuck with an expensive piece of poor quality foam.”

I have a number of joint problems and I find this style of mattress gives good support.
“As mentioned above, my reluctance to give the mattress a 5 star is because after opening the product there was an incredibly strong smell. I would say it stank the whole house out. It was unbearable. I aired the mattress in the garage (it was a very rainy period!) for several days. It has taken more than 3 weeks for the smell to clear. I have used this type of mattress for many years and find the mattress just as comfortable as previous products. There was no warning about this problem in the information sent. Had I known the problem I would have held on to my old mattress until it was possible to use the new one.”
