“I bought this cushion hoping it would relieve my very painful sitting bones (ischial tuberosities) - I am quite thin and have no padding covering this area. It is thoughtfully designed but didn't quite hit the right spot and the surrounding bumps in the foam were also painful (I did try the smooth side as well with no success). I would also have liked to have a coccyx cut-out and a wedge-shape at the front as my feet couldn't touch the floor with the extra height. So, disappointingly, I had to return it.”
