What did this product help heal or comfort? It didn’t

“I have tried so many different style cushions designed for coccyx pain and this was my last attempt to find some comfort. Unfortunately it’s turned out to be no better than all the others I’ve tried and tested. At least I was able to return the other cushions so this has been very costly. Took the chance due to great reviews and it was made quite different. I had high hopes but dashed again.”
