What did this product help heal or comfort? The Wedge Pillow did help to reduce problems associated with reflux

“I was recently diagnosed with a Hiatus Hernia and had some problems with reflux. My wife saw a review of the bed wedge in Good Housekeeping Magazine. I looked at the website and purchased a standard 24in wide Wedge Pillow. Although we have a King size bed I felt that the king size wedge would be too large and I was right the Standard pillow was ideal for me.The Wedge Pillow did reduce my problems with reflux, not altogether but quite significantly. I had no problems sleeping on the wedge”

What did this product help heal or comfort? The wedge pillow has helped manage my reflux symptoms at night and also (according to my Fitness tracker) drastically improved my overall health metrics eg deep sleep level, heart rate variability and resting heart rate overnight. My sleep quality and quantity have both positively increased which has had a huge difference on how much better I feel across the day time.

What did this product help heal or comfort? Helped with posture

“Initially purchased for acid reflux due to a hiatus hernia. I was using three standard pillows that I’d stepped, which worked to a degree, but were causing back ache. The wedge pillow has helped with posture whilst sleeping. I still step two standard pillows, as being 5ft 1 and of slight build, the wedge felt a slightly wrong fit on its own, but with a pillow and wedge combo, my spine and neck are positioned better. It’s worth noting that the foam material used is very toxic smelling and would advise airing for a least a week. I have had to remove it from the bed each morning, to air under the window til bedtime. I also put a folded single duvet cover over the top of it, which dampens the smell! Would advise removing cover and handwashing prior to using (which I didn’t do, but have since) and airing under an open window. Helps enormously.”

“As an acid reflux sufferer, the Bed Wedge has enabled me to get a good nights sleep, whereas in the past I struggled , unsuccessfully, with 2 pillows. Very pleased with The Wedge”
