“The pillow came opened and without pillow cases not sure if they are new. I bought it before several years ago it it was fine so l am disappointed about the recent shipment. Still waiting for a response from Putnams.”

“A little sceptical having to pay a lot of money for a pillow to support my neck as I have had neck and shoulder pain for the past six months due to nerve entrapment, having had Physiotherapy. The recess actually takes pressure off the shoulder.and neck very comfortable
