I gusted this card to my boyfriend in May. It’s been 2 months he can’t get his ring, although he was promised max 6 weeks. No reply, no updates.

Thank you for the opportunity to review my experience with Pukka Berlin. I could not find a review section online at https://pukkaberlin.com/ so I have already posted this experience on a few review sites. To summarise: Fine jewellery, bad service. I placed my order on Fri, 04 Oct 2024, and it was shipped on Wed 4 Dec. That's two months when I was initially told at purchase time, 4-6 weeks. 12 Days after I placed and paid for my order, I received an email outlining a 4-6 weeks possible wait. I replied and stated that the order was placed on the 4th was a birthday gift and the 4-6 week delay needed to be from my order date for the gift to arrive within time.  On Mon Nov 25, 7 weeks after my order, I emailed asking for a shipping date, and I received a reply stating it should be soon. Two days later I still had not received a tracking number or any update so I asked again if it had been shipped and to please expedite the order due to the long delays I had already suffered  I got no reply to that question. Alina from service@pukkaberlin.com tried to suggest that I hadn't been receiving sent mail, but all emails had been threaded from the original, which I was receiving without issue. The problem was I simply was not receiving an answer to my question,  "Has it been sent, please provide tracking." I then stayed up late to match Pukka Berlin support hours so I could use your web "chat". I asked again for progress and I was told "your order has been shipped on 28th of November." I asked for the tracking number and Alina simply ignored my chat and didn't bother answering. The next day I received email saying the shipping had been cancelled and they would try again when they can. On the 3rd of dec I stayed up late again to web chat and I asked again for progress and for support for the issue. That chat was completely ignored and nobody replied online. Finally on dec 4th I got a tracking number via email, and the item was picked up by UPS on Dec 6th. The incredibly disappointing factors here are that I could see there were delays right from the start and nobody at Pukka Berlin cared. When I asked the simple question for a date a shipping I was ignored and dismissed with responses such as "should be in delivery in the upcoming days", and, "Our shipping team has canceled the prior shipment, I think due to having to register it in customs before sending it out first." You sell internationally yet didn't know how to manage international shipping??? I followed up after 2 weeks, 7 weeks, 8 weeks and nobody actively managed the problem. My impression is that Pukka Berlin has out-sourced manufacturing and has no control of the timeframes. All in all, the necklace is lovely, but there are many stores that make and sell lovely necklaces. I will not be recommending or purchasing from Pukka Berlin again.

I got a different item than I ordered, and it was delievered almost 11 weeks after I ordered. I would not recommend this service to anyone, even if the alternative item also looks nice.

Ich habe die Ware noch nicht bekommen und nachfragen "darf" man ja nicht. Ganz gleich welche Qualität er ist,steht weder preislich,noch zeitlich in Relation.

Hallo, mein Schmuck habe ich noch nicht bekommen. Sie haben die Email zu früh geschickt. Hab noch nichts zu bewerten. Grüße
