“Place the order at the store in person in Berlin. I asked if they would ship internationally to USA. They say yes. I paid the ring, taxes, import duties, and shipping. The ring never arrived. Instead, I got an empty box; no ring and no bill of landing, nothing, just empty. I made a complaint about the missing ring to Pukka and filed a report with the local authorities. The final official response from Pukka was to ask me to buy the ring again from them at full price. No acknowledgment of the many problems their system had. Just asked me to buy it again at FULL PRICE.”
