“I am sorry that you sought this review, since I did not plan to contact you about my disappointment. But inasmuch as you asked, I will be candid and report to you that the shampoo and conditioner were a disaster. The two products made my hair so unruly and unmanageable I had to stop using them after 3 hair washings and return to my former products, Pantene.
I understand you are a family-owned business and as such, I am sure you have put a lot of work and “sweat equity”into development ...and perhaps other items in your line are very good but these two actually scared me in the sense that I worried about whether or not I could reverse the damage! Other customers may have had a fine experience with the shampoo and conditioner so I suggest you NOT publish my review. But if you have customers who were similarly appalled you might want to rework the formulas. Sincerely, Dorothy Lorant”
