I had an issue with the wind up & the end getting stuck in the lid when I first got it so sent feedback to customer services & they were brill & sent a new one out. “I really love this terrific product. I love how it brightens my face. I use it on my cheeks and lips but I also use it to highlight other areas of my face. I love the effect it gives. It is not over powering. I have fun experimenting with building it up and blending it. I also use it without makeup.
