What was more surprising though is that when I tried to return them, I was told by your customer service rep that I would only get a 50% refund. This was after a separate email where she tried to get me to exchange rather than refund, rather than just honor my first request. I then had to provide her with a screenshot of the return policy on your website, which clearly states a moneyback guarantee with full refund (less shipping) not sure who trained her, but it was kind of weird that I had to basically had to “prove” to her your policy.”
