“Still practicing with using it. The one thing I do know is that you don’t use too much. I tried it on my top lid w/o moisturizer. It went on nicely. But, then I used it on the inside and outside corners of my eyes with moisturizer the sparkle slid to the moisturizer underneath my eyes and there was too much sparkle:( So I have to practice some more.”
