“The serum is easy to apply (easier than I had anticipated), and it feels cool and calming. The mascara is easy to apply and wears as expected but I am having a hard time removing all of it. I’m new to this product so I will figure it out.”
“I’m getting used to it. There is a learning curve. In my experience the mascara will clump if I go in at the root and wiggle. If I apply lightly it works great! Still learning. Also, I’ve had problems with my eyes watering with other mascaras but, NOT with this one.”
