“The black is fabulous!!! I’ve used this mascara for several years and love how it makes my lashes look longer and thicker.
The navy blue is disappointing. It’s dry and hard to put on. PP sent a replacement tube of navy blue. It’s just as dry. It’s also the same dates and batch number. It was not sealed in cellophane like usual.
I’ll stick to black as it goes on much better.
