“The mascara I received was very clumpy & dry. I contacted the company and she said they send out another tube. I never received it. I have used Prime in the past and this was not an issue. Could you please clarify on this for me.”
“This is the best mascara I have ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot of them. It separates the lashes…no clumps…So it makes your lashes look very natural. The first one that was delivered was defective but I got a replacement in no time. Everything was all good.”
“I do like the product even though it doesn’t exactly work like it was advertised. I like my eyes darker, so I have to use at least three coats, and that makes the product last less than a month, though I can’t afford to get more than one a month. I still sometimes have to separate lashes with a toothpick. And I can’t get the lash length advertised.”
