“when I first opened the mascara & pulled out the wand, I have never experienced such a mess! I tried wiping the excess off on the edge & that was not successful. I used a piece of plastic to wipe off the wand so I wouldn't get fibers on it & dipped it in again. It was still so messy I couldn't use it neatly. I tried & pieces fell off my lashes. I was really disappointed!! I am using the serum to try to make my lashes healthier, but am skeptical after my experience with the mascara.”
