“The serum really works! The lower corner of my left eye was bare of eyelashes. Latisse wasn't working anymore. Within a week, I saw little eyelashes growing and after a month, they are nicely filling in. My only gripe is the packaging. The dipper brush doesn't hold the serum and the serum clings excessively to the stem above the brush. I wasted a LOT of the first tube trying to grapple with this. Now I use a tiny, tiny Beauty7 Disposable Micro Applicator Brushes for Eyelash Extensions 100 Packs (from Amazon) and am able to get just the right amount on the tip for my eyelashes. I think PrimePrometics ought to rethink their packaging for the serum. I use the mascara and I adore the way it separates and enhances the length of my lashes without any clumping. Formerly, I was using waterproof mascara and removing it was a nightmare. This mascara comes off with water and yet it doesn't smudge my eyes at all like other non-waterproof mascara. The 4-star rating is because of the serum packaging.”
