Mostly because I’m not sure if it goes on before I put my mascara on and do I put it directly on the eyelashes or apply it to the eyelid next to the lashes, before going to bed. I don’t know. I don’t think there’s been clear instructions for that. If you can help, please do. But so far I’m loving the Navy mascara.”
