“I first tried the eye lash serum & it was great, it really works, so I ordered the prime brow. This also worked but I didn’t realise how well until it ran out & I hadn’t ordered a replacement in good time. Oh my goodness I lost my eyebrows whilst waiting for the replacement. They took ages to grow back & now I’m on my third tube because I’m not letting that happen again! They only thing is I use the serum up much quicker than the brow colour, so I can see myself with numerous tubes of colour mounting up. It would be great if there was a separate serum. However I love all Prime products I’ve tried”

Be warned. If you are dissatisfied and depending on what you spent, You will only get 50% refund. In my case the company has 100% of my money and I never received the product. They are now going back on resending a replacement since I did not want a 50% refund. They want me to just be patient since we are approaching close to a month since I placed the original order and USPS has no other update on the order since 3/13th the order will arrive soon…. Interesting they were going to send a replacement but when I wanted refund they will only do 50% then when I did not want to settle for that now they are not willing to resend a replacement…..You cannot run a company like that where you keep a customer’s money and they have no product”
